Embodied Creation : From Breath to Clay

Embodied Creation is a progressive four week journey weaving together embodied yoga, Tantric philosophy and clay work.

Each week we explore one of the Purusharthas or four desires of the soul - Purpose (Dharma), Material Nourishment (Artha), Pleasure (Kama) and Liberation (Moksha) - through guided embodied practice, breath and reflection.

These inner explorations then flow directly into the clay, where participants are guided through progressive ceramic techniques, allowing insight, sensation and intention to take tangible form.

Across the four weeks participants will:

• Explore one soul desire each week through embodied yoga

• Learn a new clay technique aligned with that week's theme
