Are you a complete beginner to yoga? Or a seasoned practitioner looking to deepen your practice or wishing to work with a specific intention?

At Ningloo Ayurveda and Yoga, tradtional, lineage based Hatha yoga in the Sri Vidya (Himalayan) Tradition is taught. Each practice includes much more than just postural yoga - pranayama (yogic breathwork), meditation, philosophy, Kriya, Mantra, Bandha and Mudra are all taught to create a full spectrum practice that is capable of making real change and growth in the practitioner.

 

At the end of the day, Yoga is a practice of self study - we come to our mats to learn and understand more about the inner workings of our minds, to create a calm and stable mind (and body) and to bring more joy and less suffering into our lives. And to do this, we need more than just movement.

Options for private 1:1 classes tailor made to your needs, or my signature 40 Day Sadhana Package to create real, embodied change with weekly check ins and coaching. Small group classes are also available on request.

RETREAT

If you're seeking some time for reflection away from your daily life, check out what retreats are on offer. Locations include my beautiful backyard of the Ningaloo Reef as well as hand selected locations in Bali and Lombok (and hopefully other locales in Indonesia soon!). I only run retreats in places I am familiar with and know well. For me, running a retreat is as much about supporting the local community as it is about facilitating an incredible experience for my guests. You are guaranteed to have a completely different experience from most other retreats as you will interact closely with locals, many who are close friends of mine. 

I am also able to create Bespoke Retreats for you and your friends if you would like something more private. Just let me know your needs and wants and I can put together a package for you!
