Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 12 hours notice is required for cancellation otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued but appointments can be rescheduled. In the event that you are unable to reschedule, amounts paid can be used towards products or other services. Retreat policy: A full refund will be issued if cancelled 3 months prior to retreat start date, a 50% deposit will be issued 2 months out of the retreat start day and no refund will be issued any later than this, however, any monies can be transferred to another retreat.
